* Darla Wynne presented a verbal and written request to council to provide her with information about herself, her property and horses. Wynne said it was her third request and accused council of being in violation of the law by not providing the documents to her.

"I am not going to beg," Wynne said. "I don't appreciate the games you have played with me regarding my requests."

Wynne said she has contacted the S.C. Human Affairs Office concerning the matter. At the conclusion of her presentation, Wynne left the meeting.

Town Attorney Brian Gibbons said he has responded to Wynne's requests and no documents exist that she is requesting. The ones that do exist, he said, are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act. The attorney said he will review Wynne's letter to see if he has responded to her request.
