Wynne, running, entered the meeting approximately two minutes late. Following
the opening prayer, the mayor proceeded to follow the agenda. When Wynne

Wynne expressed her displeasure with the mayor not allowing her to address council.

he saw no problem with the request. Councilman Stevenson said Wynne could present
her comments at next month's meeting and the mayor thanked Wynne and said her
comments would be recorded as information.
