| 1) Netherlands and Elsewhere Interview with Morgana By Christopher Blackwell |
Sometimes I can be blind to the obvious. Back when I started ACTION, AREN’s president suggested I try networking with some of the Europeans groups, which included Pagan Federation International. There I have been in contact with Morgana for a few years now and I even post on the PFI forum. While there I asked whom they would like me to interview in Europe and one person suggested Morgana. Talk about missing the obvious. [Grin] So that is how this interview came to be. Christopher: Could you tell our readers a bit about yourself and how long you have been Pagan? ..........More |
| 2) English Wiccan Researcher and Author Interview with Philip John Heselton By Christopher Blackwell |
Another English Witch and Wiccan group I keep up with is Children of Artemis. I asked some of my friends there whom I should interview and I had one member suggest that I interview English Wiccan researcher and author, Philip John Heselton. He is known in England for his books on Gerald Gardner. When I researched, I found that he had written nine books and three of them on Gerald Gardner. Christopher: Could you give us a bit of background of yourself? Philip: Born on 29th March 1946, I have had an affinity with paganism for as long as I can remember, seeking out the wild woods and desolate moors for my spiritual refreshment. ..........More |
| 3) Hedge Druid Network and Grey House in the Woods Interview with Graeme Tallboys By Christopher Blackwell |
Again from one of my English groups came a suggestion of an interesting Druid who has created a web site for solitary Druids and a Druid publishing house. So I asked Graeme Tallboys for an interview. Christopher: Could you tell our readers a bit about your self and your path to being a Druid? Graeme: I was born in London and spent the first five years of my life living alongside Richmond Park. One of my earliest memories is the sound of red deer. And despite being a city dweller, my mother made sure I spent a lot of time in green spaces, beneath trees. As the youngest sibling by a large number of years I tended to be solitary within a loving framework and that has stayed with me ever since. ..........More |
| 4) The Stonewylde Series Interview with author Kit Berry By Christopher Blackwell |
For Pagans we live in interesting times where our beliefs and values are now echoed in books written by Pagan authors. For our Pagan theme fiction fans, the latest series brought to my attention was the Stonewylde Series by Kit Berry. This was bought to my attention by one of her fans, who told me, “Her name is Kit Berry and she is the pagan author of the Stonewylde series of books, which have a great storyline. It’s partly through reading her books that I became interested first in paganism and now witchcraft.” Well with that kind of recommendation I felt I had to interview this author. ..........More |
| 5) The first Pagan prayer at the Wisconsin State Assembly Interview with Selena Fox. By Christopher Blackwell |
Many legislator open their meetings by what is supposed to be a secular prayer. Most of these are done by Christian ministers though on occasion another religious leader may be allowed, usually with some controversy. One by a Pagan minister only happened the first time October this year at the Wisconsin State Assembly. This was the reason I decided to get the full story from Selena Fox, the well known founder of Circle Sanctuary. Christopher: Could you give us a bit of back ground about yourself? ..........More |
